Obituary
Born January 28, 1959 in Queens, NY to Charlie Ray and Catherine Virginia Welch. A
graduate of Platt College with honors as a Physician's Assistant in Medical Records.
She worked for OU, OSU, and in the Hillcrest Speciality Unit. Preceded in death by her parents.
Cindy is survived by her loving husband, Floyd A. Speck of Tulsa, OK; brother, John R. Gillis
of Tulsa, OK. Family suggests memorial contributions may be made in Cindy's name to Southwood Baptist Church, Tulsa, OK. Memorial service will be 1:00 P.M., Saturday, January 24, 2015 at Southwood Baptist Church, 10110 E. 41st, Tulsa, OK.
