Dac Van Mai, 58, was born on August 28, 1957, passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2016 in Tulsa, OK, after a short illness.
Dac had lived in Tulsa for more than 26 years. He attended Southwest Missouri State University from 1988 to 1993, CIS Major. He worked as an Assistant Librarian at the University in his early years.
Dac was the middle child of the Mai Family, and a loving son to his parents; he took good care of his parents who were in their 90's and passed away a few years ago.
Dac is survived by two sisters, two brothers and sisters-in-law, along with 5 nieces and 2 nephews.
Service will be 11:00 A.M., Friday, February 5, 2016 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233
