Dale Lawrence Barker, 59, of Tulsa, OK, passed away on Wednesday, May 11, 1977, at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Muskogee, OK. He was born on Saturday, November 17, 1917, in Kingfisher, OK, to William Allen Barker and Bertha Pearl (Freese) Barker. Dale was proud to have served as a Technical Sergeant in the United States Army in World War II. He was a self-employed TV repairman, and married to Kathleen (Blair) Barker. He is survived by his wife; daughter, Debbie Vincent of Wagner, OK; son, Don Barker of Tulsa, OK; 2 grandchildren, Larry and Jamie Vincent of Wagoner, OK; brother, Raymond Barker of Houston, TX; sister, Velma Mae Blythe of Chelsea, OK; and a lifetime of friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. Dale will be greatly missed in the days ahead, but his spirit and memories will live on within each of us, because we were privileged to have him in our lives.
