Dale Ernest Wagner passed away on August 15, 2018 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born in Tulsa on July 31, 1945, to Ernest and Maxine Wagner. He graduated from Rogers High School and went to Northeastern State College and Oklahoma University for his undergrad study.
