Daniel Benjamin Jack was born February 21, 1992, in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Linda D. (Jack) Johnson and John R. Jack. He passed away on March 12, 2025, at his home in Tulsa.

Daniel attended Kendall-Whittier Elementary School, Carver Middle school and graduated from Booker T. Washington High School, Class of 2010.

He worked as a Stagehand for many years in various venues in Tulsa.

Daniel had dreams of becoming a Radiology Technician.

He loved spending time with his family, friends, and his dogs. Enjoyed sports, taking walks studying Spanish and riding his scooter. Daniel was a Christian and loved Jesus.

Daniel is survived by his mother Linda Johnson, father and stepmother john and Melissa Jack, brother Joseph Jack. Aunt Julia Eilers, Aunt and Uncle Cathy and Rusty Sandschaper.
Grandmother Betty Perry and numerous cousins. Also his partner and love of his life Robbi Takatch.

Daniel was a hardworking, sweet soul who showed love and concern for others daily.

His "Mommabear" and all who loved him will miss him terribly.
