Darlene M. Moore was born on Nov 4, 1933 in Waterloo, IL and passed away peacefully on Jan 25, 2026. She was the loving mother of Timothy H and Jeffrey H Moore and devoted wife of Homer P Moore. She was preceded in death by her husband, youngest son Jeffrey, her sisters Ruth Votrain and Janet Reitz.

Called "Jo" by family and friends she was an Air Force wife for 21 years living all over the US until finally settling in Tulsa, OK. She retired from the Army Corps of Engineers after 20 years of service. In retirement she and Homer traveled the US on their Harley and had some wonderful years. Jo was a volunteer at the Red Cross and with Homer were active members of the Christian Motorcyclist Association.

Jo is survived by son Tim and wife Kathleen, grandchildren Jonathan, wife Sarah, Mary and Rebecca along with grandsons Abraham and Emmanuel Moore.

She will be missed by all that loved and were loved by her. She will be interred next to Homer at Fort Gibson National Cemetery in a private ceremony.
