David Harold Adkins was born to Roy and Nellie Adkins on September 19, 1940 in Dickson, Tennessee and passed away on April 29, 2020 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
David was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Virgil Adkins, and his wife, Margaret Ann Adkins.
David is survived by 8 children, Keith Adkins of Dickson, Tennessee, Darrell Osborn and spouse Judy of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Susan David and spouse of Charlie of Bixby, Oklahoma, Joe Osborn of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Wanda Gutierrez and spouse Arthur of Houston, Texas, Nancy Osborn of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Kathy Pollard of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Tim and spouse Michelle of Ochelata, Oklahoma. He is survived by 17 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
