David Dale Heffner, 77, of Tulsa, passed away Tuesday, August 7th, 2018. He was born January 11, 1941 in Columbus, NE to Frank, Jr. and Helen Heffner. He had worked for American Airlines as an instrument repair specialist and enjoyed model trains and airplanes. David is survived by his children, Terry Heffner of Tulsa, Tammy Heffner and her husband James of Tulsa; his grandson, Jesse Thoene of Tulsa; his brother, John Heffner of AZ; nephews, Clinton Heffner and Ryan Heffner, both of NE; his great nieces, Kelsey Heffner and Abby Heffner, both of NE. He was preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Jo Ellen Heffner.
