David William Lane was born on April 28, 1943. He passed away on August 25, 2021.

David is the youngest of eight children. While attending Rogers High School in Tulsa, OK, David met and fell in love with Gloria Jean Walford. The two were married on August 12, 1961. They celebrated their 60th Anniversary August 7, 2021. They both enjoyed seeing and spending time with family, friends and loved ones.

David was a drummer and roofing contractor for 47 years. David's passion was playing drums. He traveled throughout Oklahoma and other States with the T-Town Ramblers.

David is survived by his wife, Gloria Jean Lane; sister, Jean Walford (Paul); sister-in-law, Esta Wesley; daughters Tammy L. Frieze (William), Rhonda L. Burns (Guy); sons, David William Lane II (Julie), and Jay L. Lane (Rhonda); grandchildren, Chris Frieze, Chelsea Peary, Trent Bruns, Taner Burns, Kelsea Conley, Robin Wisdom, Baleigh Howard, Benjamin Howard, Reanna Lane, Ella Lane, Myranda Heinz, Spencer Lane, and Mason Lane; great-grandchildren, Belle Frieze, Jasmine Frieze, Dylan Peary, Keniya Peary, Madeline Peary, Timothy Peary, Hunter Tadych, Hailey Tadych, Gunner Murray, Cotton Conley, Tate Burns, Alyson Howard, and Vivian Heinz.
