On Sunday, January 17, 2021, David Luther, loving husband, father of 2 children and Navy Veteran passed away at age of 88. David was born in January 25, 1932 in Brooklyn, New York to Norbert & Mary Luther.

David was enlisted in the Navy at age 17 and served 4 active years and 32 years in the Navy reserves. He retired as a Chief Petty Officer. He was married on November 27, 1952 to Mary E. Hahn. They celebrated 66 years of marriage in 2020. Much of David & Mary's life was spent living in Folcroft, Pennsylvania a suburb Philadelphia. They raised two daughters, Deborah and Diane.

Debbie is married to Jim Riedel of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and has one son Larry Plummer of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Diane is married to Larry Kopp Sr, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and has one son Steven D. Cianci, who is married to Krista and lives in Ventura, California.

David enjoyed tinkering in the garage and was always helpful to the neighbors repairing items. He loved his Home Church family and never passed anyone without talking to them. He was a very funny and always kept his children and others laughing. He is survived by his wife Mary, two daughters, Debbie and Diane, two grandsons, Steven Cianci and Larry Plummer and half-sister Rosemary Smith from New York.

A Memorial Service will be held 1:00 P.M, Wednesday, February 17, 2021, at Home Church (720 W. New Orleans St. Broken Arrow, OK) . Cards may be sent to:
