Elder David W. O'Neal, 85, of Tulsa died Sunday, July 10, 2022 at his home. He was born May 16, 1937 in Bristol, TN to Mary Lee (Millsap) O'Neal and Roy W. O'Neal. He married Betty Sue (Murray) and she preceded him in death in 2009. He later married Mary Madeline (Harkleroad) and she survives him.

Elder O'Neal was a Minister of the Gospel having served many years at and still Pastor of Grace Missionary Baptist Church in Tulsa.

In addition to his wife Mary, he is survived by a daughter, Teresa Seals of Millington, TN; 3 sons, David W. O'Neal, Jr and his wife Jevonna, Steven O'Neal and James Phillip O'Neal, all of Tulsa; 6 grandchildren, Jason O'Neal, Cindy O'Neal, Rachel Willhite, Zachary Seals, Brandon O'Neal and Brittany Delozier; several great-grandchildren and a sister, Carolyn Landers of Florida. In addition to his parents and first wife, he was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.

Viewing will be on Thursday, 12 - 8PM Moore Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E. 51st St., Tulsa. The funeral service will be Friday, July 15, 2022 - 10 AM at Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel with interment to follow.
