SABALA, David Manuel, 54, passed away Saturday, October 14, 2017 in Tulsa, OK. David was born to Ferman and Willa Sabala on May 21, 1963 and named David Manuel which means "Beloved Son of God".

He received an Associates Degree in Business from TCC and a Building Engineer license from Tulsa Technology. Before becoming disabled, he was employed by TCC.

His greatest accomplishment in life was eight years of sobriety and was a member of the Safe Harbor AA group in Tulsa.

David loved his three children deeply and is survived by his son, Jonathan Sabala and wife, Jayne and their daughter, Emery of Broken Arrow, OK; daughter, Sarah Sabala and son, Nicholas, both of New Iberia, LA; his parents, Ferman and Willa Sabala of Tulsa; and his sister, Maria McPherson and her children, Michael and Elizabeth. Also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

David loved fishing and going to the lake. He suffered but never complained and never lost his sense of humor.

Viewing will be 6-7PM, Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 1727 S. 75th E. Ave., Tulsa, OK with a Rosary following at 7:00 P.M. Funeral mass will be 10:00 A.M., Thursday, October 19, 2017 at St. Pius X Catholic Church. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233
