David Lee Stott (a.k.a. "Double D")

Born in Princeton, Indiana on March 18th, 1949. Died in Owasso, Oklahoma on November 28th, 2019.

Preceded in death by parents William Stott and Mary Birkla, wife Betty Stott, sister Mary Alvis, and brother Charles Stott. Survived by seven children: Brenda Cassidy, Cathy Dalrymple, Creed Holt, Will Stubblefield, Alan Stubblefield, Ben Stott and Heather Stott, fourteen grandchildren and twenty-five great grandchildren.

Graduated from Princeton High School on May 25th, 1967 and proudly served in the U.S. Navy aboard the U.S.S. Vesole. Retired from Mill Creek Lumber in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Dad loved fishing, NASCAR, football, reality TV shows, cards, board games, penny slots at the casino, and spending time with family and friends. Traveling to Princeton, Indiana was always his favorite getaway destination.

Services will be held at 10am, Friday, December 6th, 2019 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E. 51st St., Tulsa, Oklahoma, followed by graveside services at 11am on Friday, December 6th, 2019 at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5111 S. Memorial Dr., Tulsa, Oklahoma. Public viewing will be held Thursday, December 5th, 2019 from 6-8pm.
