Obituary
Dawn Elizabeth Badgwell passed away on June 15, 2014 at the age of 55.
She was born in Tulsa, on Jan. 3, 1959 to Trada Briscoe Dohner & Alton Dohner. Dawn graduated from Charles C. Mason in 1977. She married Roy Bruce Badgwell, III on April 29, 1978.
Roy & Dawn worked with infants & toddlers at First Baptist Church in Tulsa for many years. She worked for Florafax and Medicomp Services where she increased her Accounting, office management & HR skills. She worked at Baldwin Steel/MacSteel/Kloeckner Metals from November 1993 until her death.
Dawn's great joy was spending time with her Daughter, Grandchildren, Sister & Mother. Dawn drew great strength from her relationship with Jesus Christ. This enabled her to deal with the severe health issues that she struggled with the last several years.
Dawn is survived by her Husband, Roy, Daughter, Elizabeth, Mother, Trada, Father: Alton, Grandsons: Corbyn, Scipio, Dakotah & Zachary and Granddaughter: Hailea, Step-father: Jim Jones, Step-mother: Marty Rhea, Sister: Denise Munday and Nieces: Alexandria and Danielle Munday, Great Nieces: Raylin & Everleigh
A Memorial Service to celebrate her life will be held 1:00 P.M. Saturday, June 21, 2014 at Fitzgerald Southwood Chapel at 91st & Harvard.
