Dea Gibson, 79, died January 10, 2023.

He was survived by his daughters, Angela Bronson and Wendy Gibson, his brother Jimmy Gibson as well as his grandchildren Cody Gibson, Kelli Bronson, and Lilly Gibson. With many nieces and nephews, including Mike Goodman, the only "son" he needed.
Dea is predeceased by his wife Sandra, married in 1963. By his parents, Walter and Louis Gibson, brother Jack and sisters Mary and Margaret.

Many know Dea, " Diesel" was a veteran of the US Air Force. He was loved by many, he was kind, generous, and funny with all the dad jokes! He was well known in the racing community. He loved racing, he built race motors for others, they say were fast! He worked in his shop since 1974, U-Save Machine Shop. There wasn't a person who did not know him. Walk in a store, he knew someone, always! He would help anyone and do anything for you. He is and will always be the man, myth and legend! He will be miss wholeheartedly by many.

The viewing is being held at Moore's Funeral, Sunday, January 15, 2023 from 10am to 8pm.

Graveside funeral will be held at Palestine Cemetery, Quinton Oklahoma at 1:00 pm on Monday, January 16th.
