Dean Beach was born in Kankakee, IL on Oct 2, 1950, to John & Margaret Beach. He grew up with one older brother, Denny, & many, many cousins as his dad was one of 10 children & his mother was the youngest of 13 children.

He graduated from West View High School in 1968 & was drafted into the Army in 1970. After serving in Vietnam he returned to Kankakee where he worked at Roper until their closing in 1982. He married Pat on July 25, 1981 & they moved to Las Vegas after the closing of Roper. He worked as an appliance repairman until 1990 when they moved to Tulsa, OK. Dean worked several manufacturing jobs in Tulsa finally retiring from Braden until he retired in 2015. He took a part-time job at the Corn Popper for a couple of years.

Dean was a life long Chicago Cubs & Bears fan. He was artistic & creative making beautiful stained glass windows. He enjoyed the horse races, music, spending time with family & friends, & a good, cold beer.

Dean is survived by his wife Pat, his brother Denny Beach & his wife Judy, his nephew Eric Beach, his great niece Sydney Beach, his brothers-in-law Joe McGrath & his wife Karen, Mike McGrath & his wife Marilyn, his sisters-in-law Theresa Adams & her husband Mike, Ruth Bohlmann & her husband Steve, Eileen McGrath, Sheila McGrath & her husband Haukur Gudjonsson & 11 nieces & nephews & 15 great-nieces & nephews.
