Deborah Tomblinson, 67, of Tulsa, OK, or "Debby" as she was known to all, passed away at her residence, Friday, November 22, 2019. She was born on Wednesday, December 19, 1951, in Kansas City, MO, to William "Bill" Theodore Tomblinson and the recently deceased, Martha Sue (Braden) Tomblinson. Debby was a devoted daughter and sister, and loyal friend. She loved teaching children, and was proud to have retired as a dedicated, Junior High English teacher in the Collinsville public school system. Debby was a voracious reader, and a talented artist, where she exercised her creativity with her lovely oil paintings. She is survived by two sisters, June Ferguson and husband, Frank of Portales, NM, and Karen Beth Bottom of Atlanta, GA; brother, William Gary Tomblinson of Tulsa, OK; two nieces; three nephews; and a lifetime of friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. Debby will be greatly missed in the days ahead, but her spirit and memories will live on within each of us, because we were privileged to have her in our lives.
