Zubrod, Debra J., 55 died Friday, September 19, 2014, Oologah, OK.
Debra was born November 19, 1958, Burbank, California to James
Edward & Charlotte Lorraine Sweeney.

Debra graduated high school in 1976 from Tulsa's East Central High.
She attended OSU where she earned her BS in Business with a minor in Accounting. She met her husband, Allen Zubrod, in Tulsa in 1981 and they were married February 25, 1984 in San Diego, California. They had a ceremony with the family in June of 1984 in Tulsa.

Debra loved her family. She loved playing games with her husband and the family, going boating, being in the garden, enjoying movies and dinner, especially Mexican food. As a couple, Allen and Debbie enjoyed square-dancing, church fellowship, and holding hands while spending time together. She loved animals and was instrumental in saving the lives of many. She was the embodiment of loving kindness and believed in the basic goodness of us all. Debbie was a source of warmth and light for anyone who knew her.

Debra is survived by her husband, Allen W. Zubrod, her mother,
Charlotte Sweeney, daughters, Jessica & Michelle Zubrod, step-children, Robert & Aubrey Zubrod. Also survived by her brother, Gary & wife Karen Sweeney; Sister, Karen & husband Rick Kirby; Her father & mother in laws, Robert & Jeanette Zubrod. Debra was preceded in death by her father James Edward Sweeney and step-grandson, Samson Zubrod.

A memorial service is scheduled for : 11:00 A.M., Thursday, September 25, 2014 at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, 20555 S. 4170 Rd., #B, Claremore, OK. Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 918-663-2233.
