DELBERT (DEL) LEE DEFFENBAUGH Deceased 4/19/15
Born 6/5/42 in Scott City, Kansas to David and Nadine Deffenbaugh, preceded in death was his loving wife W. Jean (Faulker) Deffenbaugh. Survived by sisters Carol (Jerry) Cutler of Montesano, Washington, and Barbara (Ed) Newberry of Wellington, Kansas. Sons Michael (Carol) Deffenbaugh of Rose Hill, Kansas, Randall Deffenbaugh of Wellington, Kansas and Jeffrey (Suzanne) Deffenbaugh of Wichita, Kansas, 10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Delbert and Jean also raised over 100 foster children over the course of their years. Grave site services will be held on Saturday, May, 9th, 2015 at 11am at the Milan Cemetery on Highway 160, West of Wellington. Moore Funeral Home in Tulsa, OK caringly handled death services and Minister Michael Nelson of the Wellington Church of Christ will be performing the service. Memorial has been established in lieu of flowers to The Wichita West Orchard Salvation Army, 1910 S. Everett, Wichita, Kansas 67213 for use in helping veterans with emergency needs.
