Delwin W. Shipley Dec. 29, 1935 - Feb. 9, 2023

Delwin Wayne Shipley, loving husband, father and friend, went home to be with his Lord on Thursday, February 9, 2023.
Del was born in Fairview, OK on December 29, 1935 and resided in Tulsa at the time of his death. He was a Veteran of the Air Force National Guard. Del graduated from Wichita State University in Wichita, KS and went on to work as an accountant in Wichita. In 1968 he moved his family to Tulsa, OK to work for Hospital Products, Inc. as Controller. Two years later, he decided to try his hand at medical equipment sales and retired from Bergen after 26 years as a top salesman in his field. Del was a member of Parkview Baptist Church for 55 years.

Del and his wife Joyce celebrated 62 years of marriage before her passing in 2019. He leaves behind his daughter Terri, son Chris and his wife Amber, and 3 grandchildren Chelsea, David and Erin, brother Charles, sister-in-law Sharon, nephew Glenn and his wife Laurie, and fifteen loving cousins.

Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday, February 13, 2023 at Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel 5111 S. Memorial Dr., Tulsa, OK 74145. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233.
