Dennis (Denny) Ken Andersen, husband, father, brother, and cousin died July 7, 2015, at the age of 69. Dennis is survived by his wife of 39 years, Rita Andersen of Tulsa; children Bryan Andersen of Tulsa, Kimberly Inso and husband Issaiah Inso of Sand Springs, Nick Andersen of Tulsa; granddaughter Lillian Lavonne Inso of Sand Springs; sister Garrie Price of Tulsa. He was preceded in death by parents: Ray Andersen, father, and Ruby Hancock, mother.

Dennis was born June 20, 1946 in Tulsa, OK. He graduated from Webster High School in 1964. He worked for Crest Engineering from 1965 to about 1977, was self-employed a number of years in the oil and gas industry and co-owner in Truex Lighting for 7 years, and most recently worked with IPS Engineering as Director of Facilities Projects. He told his family he wanted to be remembered as a draftsman.

Dennis had a lot of interests, including waterfowl hunting, fishing, golf, and shooting guns with friends and family. Due to his decline in health, he was limited in doing many of those things in the past few years. He was very devoted to his family and friends.

Viewing will be Sunday, July 12, 2015 from 2:00 till 4:00 P.M. at Moore Funeral Home Southlawn, and a memorial service will be Tuesday at 11:00 A.M. at Moore Funeral Home Southlawn Chapel with Pastor Tim Lowe officiating.
