Dennis was born on 4/15/1944 in Sunnyside, WA. He grew up in Grandview, WA and Philipsburg, MT. When he was a teenager, he moved to Natural Dam, AR where he would meet Wanda Morton, aka Wonderful, his sweetheart and wife of 57 years.
A proud veteran of the U.S. Army, Dennis served his country with honor during the Vietnam War. He was also a respected Mason.
Dennis was a child of God and had a vast knowledge of the Bible. We find comfort in knowing that he is once again united with his beloved Wonderful in heaven. Perhaps enjoying their favorite pastime, going to the Thrift Store!
Dennis is survived by his son, Charles Wiley and daughter in law Tracee Wiley of Claremore, OK; his daughter, Dusty Slisz and son in law Dan Slisz, of Coweta, OK; his granddaughter Ashley Seaton of Philadelphia, PA; and his two grandsons, Gregory Wiley of Tiawah, OK and Brian Wiley of Claremore, OK.
