Derek Wunsch, 70, Tulsa resident, passed away Saturday, March 2, 2024 at his home. He was born October 22, 1953, to Robert and Eileen Wunsch in Prestatyn, Wales. Derek graduated from East Central High in 1971 and began at an early age sculpting items out of various metals and playing music. This artistry would be his chosen profession throughout his life. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Dawn Wunsch. Derek is survived by his son, Leon Wunsch, fiance, Alez of Tulsa; daughter, Callie; stepmother, Marylu Wunsch of Tulsa and a half-sister, Janelle Hottovy of Tulsa.
