Devin Micheal D'Orsai, 44, of Catoosa, passed away Thursday, August 24, 2023. He was born November 5, 1978 in Garden Grove, CA to Charles and Julia Mary D'Orsai. Devin was a hard worker in the construction industry and enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing, and taking part in his son's activities. He is survived by his girlfriend of 20 years, Tarla Jones, his son, Tabias "Toby" D'Orsai; his sisters, Nicole D'Orsai, Crystal Lynn Hunter, and Heather Hunter; his brothers, Frederick Ritter, Daniel D'Orsai and Kalekai D'Orsai; his parents, Charles D'Orsai and wife Linda, Julia Mary Breidenbach-Beilowicz and husband Frank Allen. He was preceded in death by his brother, Rodney Charles Ritter.
