Donald Edward Brown, 61, was the youngest of seven children born to the union of Alexander William Brown and Janet Ruth (Bostwick) Brown. Donald was born on March 9, 1959 in Phillipsburg, New Jersey.
Donald loved his Lord Jesus Christ, his Country and Family in that order. He was proud to have served as a PVT in the United States Army.
Don had taken several foreign mission trips to the Ivory Coast in Africa and smuggled Bibles into Vietnam. At a young age he started collecting baseball and basketball cards as well as comic books and hot wheels which became a lifelong passion of collecting all kinds of collectibles. He would eventually buy sell and trade all fine goods in his business at Deer Creek Awards in Olympia, Washington.
Mr. Brown loved spoiling his family. He will forever be Loved and Missed until we see him again.
Donald was preceded in death by his grandparents, his father Alexander William Brown, two sisters Cindy Brown, and Georgina Klemmetsen Sands; two uncles and one aunt, Frank Bostwick and Donald and Dorie Bostwick.
Donald is survived by his mother Janet Ruth (Bostwick) Brown of the home; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Billie and Stephen Sheppard of the home, Linda and Randy Oldham of Marlow, OK, and Penny and Michael Griffith of Castle Rock, CO. He is also survived by two stepsons, Justin Maske and Luke and Lisa Zalaznik, one stepdaughter Jessica and Matthew Ruddell. Six stepgrandchildren, Jennasi Fall, Gabe Hibbert, Ryder Ruddell, Mackenzie Zalaznik, Zackery Maske, Railey Maske. Donald is also survived by his Aunt Kathline (Tink) Bostwick of Clinton, AR, Aunt Sharon and David Aello, Aunt Marnie Brown, Aunt Bonnie Kettel all of ON, Canada; three nieces and six nephews, 2 great-nieces and 9 great-nephews and a host of other Family, Friends and Loved ones.
Viewing will be 11am-2pm prior to the service and the funeral service will be 2:00 P.M., Friday, March 5, 2021 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, Ok. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233
