Let's tell the story of Don Terry Davis, aka "Duck". On July 7, 1945 Don was born in Stocking, CA to his proud parents, Malcolm and Carmel (Kelley) Davis. Don accepted his Lord and Savior at an early age. Don loved the Lord and attended St. Monica Catholic Church. Don's education started with Dunbar and St. Monica Catholic Elementary School, Carver Middle School, Booker T. Washington High School. Don graduated as a "Hornet" in the class of 1963. Don went on to serve his country in the U.S. Army from 1963 to 1966 Vietnam Combat Infantry Artillery. Don enjoyed working; he always wanted to make a difference. Don worked for National Tank as a welder for several years. Then in 1987 until 2005 Don worked as a medical assistant in his brother's practice where he retired. Don went on with his life and married the now late Bobbie Jo (Paylor) Davis on November 23, 1966. In this marriage four children were born. Don went on to marry Dorothy (Baker) Davis. In this marriage one child was born. Don later married Ernestine (Singleton) Davis on April 26, 2003. Don's loved ones who preceded him in death were his parents, Malcolm Davis Senior, Jecenaus and Carmel (Kelley) Thompson; siblings, Carmel (Davis) Dennard and Dr. Gary R. Davis, son, Don Terry Davis Jr. and grandparents, Dewey and Blumie Kelley. Don leaves his precious loving memories to his wife, Ernestine (Singleton) Davis of Frisco, TX; his siblings, Malcolm (LeeEster) Davis of Coweta, OK, Benita (Michael) Sanders of Sacramento, CA, Benjamin Boulware of Tulsa, OK, Phyllis Norwood of Dallas, TX; his children, Freda Davis, LaDon (Celi) Davis, Katrina Thompson all of Tulsa, OK, Dawn TeRee (Bruce) Matsuno of Rowlett, TX, Adrian (Angelique) Conway of Austin, TX; fifteen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and a host of nephews, nieces and friends.
