Donald Wayne Johnson, 95, of Claremore, OK, passed away July 28, 2025, at Clarehouse in Tulsa, OK. Donald was born September 13,1929 in Holdenville, OK, to Thomas and Della Johnson (Kitchen).

Donald served his country in the United States Army and retired from the United States Postal Service as a mail carrier. He was a member of New Life Baptist Church in Claremore, OK. Donald enjoyed gardening, traveling with his wife Cora and together with their Shih Tzu they spent 25 plus years transporting cars around the country.

Donald was preceded in death by parents, first wife, Pauline, sons, Donald Johnson, Jr. and Randy Johnson, brothers, Hoyt and Leon Johnson, sister, Shirley Crandall.

He is survived by wife, Cora of 36 years, son, Dennis Johnson and wife Connie of Claremore, OK, stepdaughters, Cecilia Pope land Francine Esche both of Huntsville, AL, sister, Lou Soloman of Tulsa, OK, four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
