Donald Ray Rector, 82, of Coweta died Friday, July 22, 2022. He was born to Theodore Rector and Lena Boone Rector on November 26,1939 in Coweta. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Carrie Hemenway Rector, brother Richard (Wanda) Rector and sister Dorothy (J. B.) Walker.

Donald was a groundskeeper for over 20 years at Memorial Park Cemetery.

He is survived by 3 brothers, Daniel (Betty) Rector of Coweta, Paul (Shirley) Rector of Porter and David (Donna) Rector of Coweta; a sister, Cathy (Robert) Parent of Brainard, MN; a step-daughter Connie Hemenway of Portland, OR; step-son Buddy Hemenway of Coweta; 2 step-granddaughters, Kathy Hemenway and Casey Steighner and a step-grandson, Wesley Steighner.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 1, 2022 - 10:00 AM at Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel.
