HARTZLER, Donna H., 88, passed away Monday, May 27, 2013 in Tulsa, OK. Born September 23, 1924 in Knoxville, AR to Charles Everett and Ida Loretta (Cagle) Foshee. She was self-employed. Member of the Eastern Star Catoosa Chapter 360, Martha Daylight Chapter 502, and Disciple United Methodist Church-Catoosa. Preceded in death by her parents; four siblings.Survived by Lynette Essman, Tony Essman, and Charles Essman and wife, Annie, all of tulsa, OK; five grandchildren, Jeffrey, Lisa, Luke, Mary and Danny; seven great-grandchildren; one sister, Jean Plummber of Bisbee, AZ.
