Donna Fay Addington, aged 75, passed away in the early morning of June 18th, 2014.
She was a homemaker and loving wife and mother.
She was preceeded in death by her father Perry Mason York and her mother Verdie Gray Brewer-York.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Robert J. Addington of Tulsa.
Her children; Perry Lee and wife Deborah of Claremore, grandsons Frederick Andrew -wife Jamie of Connecticutt, Grayson Jerry - wife Sarah Ryleigh and great grandon Christoffer of Claremore.
Lisa Karen missing since May, 1984; Michael Scott & wife Tammy Kay of Tulsa, grand-daughter Chelsea - husband James Sisk and great grand-daughter Adelyn Grace; brother, Perry Gray York; sister, Carolyn Suzanne Murphy, both of Millington, TN.

Memorial services to be held at 11:00 am at Moore's Eastlawn Chapel, Tuesday the 24th of June.
Grave side services to be held at 2:00pm at Fort Gibson National Cemetary, Fort Gibson, OK.
