Obituary
Donna Marie (Jacobs) May was married to her longtime partner, James May on May 21, 2023. They enjoyed many adventures together in retirement but especially loved traveling, camping, and boating together.
She was born July 22, 1959, and is the first child of Rita Fahey (Jacobs) and Edwin C. Jacobs (deceased). She is sister to Michael Jacobs, Ed Jacobs, Dyan Jacobs Stanfill and Bob Stanfill; Mother to Jennifer Cheatham; Grandmother to Landon and Cayson; Aunt to Jaden, Evan, Meagan, and Matthew; niece, cousin, and friend to many more.
She grew up in the towns of Hudson and Chatham, Massachusetts, attended Cape Cod Community College and eventually served for several years in the US Coast Guard as a Culinary Specialist. She enjoyed the position of pastry chef and established a career that enabled her to travel.
She will be missed.
Graveside service will be held Wednesday, Two thirty P.M., January 10, 2024 at Fort Gibson National Cemetery, Fort Gibson. Oklahoma.
