DORIS HELEN GALLUP 94, passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2013 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Doris was born to Fred Archibald Gallup and Matilda (Diefenbaker) Gallup on December 26, 1918 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
She was preceded in death by her parents; five sisters, Vina Yates; Bertha Gallup; Velma Gallup; Maxine Gallup and Ertie Yates; one brother, Archie Gallup; two nephews, Gene Yates and David Yates.
Doris is survived by her brother, John Gallup and wife, Maybelle; two nieces, Evelyn Richmond and Kathy Shaw and husband, Mike; two nephews Fred Gallup and Doug Gallup; one niece-in-law, Leslie Yates. Two great nieces, Janit Wilkerson and husband, Jim; Gina Small and husband, Tommy; one great nephew, Logan Richmond. Three great-great nieces, Leslie Hocutt and husband, Travis; Nicki Conley and husband, David and Cali Richmond. Three great-great nephews, Danny Allen and wife, Kara; Tracy Small and wife, Danielle; Kenny Small and wife, Amanda. Seventeen great-great-great nieces and nephews.
She was a long time resident of Tulsa, Okla-homa. She was a loving daughter, sister, aunt and friend. She was a long time member of Carbondale Assembly Of God Church. She worked as a Billing Clerk for Sun Oil Company.
Funeral Service: 1:00 p. m., Friday, November 1, 2013 at Carbondale Assembly of God Church, with interment at Floral Haven Cemetery in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma
