FOX, Doris Mae (Snow), died at home, Sunday, June 23, 2013. Doris was born May 27, 1925 in Iowa City, IA to Robert Dewey Snow and Millie Adele (Paterson) Snow. In 1936, the Snow family moved to Bartlesville, OK where Mr. Snow worked in R&D for Phillips Petroleum Company. Doris graduated from College High School in 1943 and graduated from the University of Iowa in Iowa City, IA in 1947 with a degree in Home Economics. She returned to Bartlesville and worked for Phillips Petroleum Company in their Public Relations and Refining Departments. She married Homer McGrady ?Grady? Fox, July 31, 1948. They made their home in Bartlesville. Grady was a Research Scientist for R&D at Phillips Petroleum Company. Doris was very active in their church, First United Methodist Church in Bartlesville: UMW Church Circle; Tuesday Club; a sponsor of Methodist Youth Fellowship; and a Sunday School Teacher. She was also active in Bartlesville as a Cub Scout Leader and Den Mother; Brownie Scout Leader and Splash Club Parents Organization. Doris and Grady moved to Tulsa, OK in 2004 where they remained active in New Haven United Methodist Church. Doris is survived by her husband, Grady Fox; daughter, Lisa Fox; son, Ken and Paul Fox; four grandchildren, Clinton Fox, Lindsey Fox, Danny Coe and Phil Coe; eight great-grandchildren.
