Ms. Renee D. Neel passed in peace Sunday, February 6, 2022 at the age of 66. She was born March 15, 1955 in Wenatchee, Washington. She is preceded by her parents, Linley and Bessie Neel.

Survived by husband David Mead of Tulsa, loving mother of Dave (Michelle) Carter of Muskogee, Oklahoma and Nicole O'Haver of Marysville, Washington, grandchildren Alyssa, Davano, DeAndre, Aleyah, Naomi, Holly, Abby and Luke, great-grandchildren Emilio, Davano Jr., Issac, and Christopher. She will be missed by her brothers Terry and Mike Neel, as well as nephew Robert and wife Megan.

Renee's love of life, family and community was truly inspirational. She was honest. She didn't pull punches. When she said she loved you she meant it. Later in life, her children and grandchildren brought her the greatest joy.

Renee was a founding member of the groups Liverators and Sisters of Sobriety. She spent countless hours loving, supporting and mentoring members of these groups.
