Young, Dorlynne, 91, died Sunday, March 22, 2015, surrounded by
her beloved sister and nieces. Dorlynne was born in Locust Grove,
OK., January 1, 1924, to Lyndon & Luna Edna (Sellars) Fogleman.
Dorlynne was a lady way ahead of her time and after high school
and some business college, she took off to Chicago. She opened
her own salon in Chicago, with 34 stylists working for her. She
met the man of her dreams and they worked together for over 50
years! They moved back to Tulsa for a few years opening
Raymond's of Tulsa, before finally retiring to Florida.
Over the last few years and after Raymond's death, Dorlynne
has been with her sister and best friend, Naoma Barthel. Not having
children of her own, Dorlynne loved her nieces who adored her.
Dorlynne is survived by her sister, Naoma Barthel, Tulsa, OK.,
Nieces: Barbara Randazzo, Carrnelita Hurtt, her husband, Richard,
Jodie Burden all of Tulsa & Sharon Smidt, Chicago, Il. She was preceded in death by her husband and partner, Raymond Young .
Visitation will be 6-8 Wednesday, March 25, 2015. Moore's Southlawn
Chapel. A graveside service will be held 2 p.m., Thursday, March 26, 2015
at the Hogan Cemetery, #l., Locust Grove, OK. In lieu of flowers,
friends may contribute to the John 3:16 Mission, Tulsa, OK. Moore's
