Cook, Dorothy Ann, 89 of Tulsa passed away Thursday, May 4, 2017. She attended Sequoyah Hills Baptist Church in the past and enjoyed reading. Dorothy is survived by her son, Gary Cook and his wife Rena of Sapulpa, OK; 5 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; her brothers, Ferrell Stephens and his wife Rita of Albeline, TX, Archie Stephens and his wife Marilyn of San Angelo, TX, Tom Stephens and his wife Reba of Altus, OK. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Raymond H. Cook; her daughter, Joann Wilkerson and her brother Richard Stephens.
