Dorothy May Jones, 94, of Tulsa, passed away Thursday, September 24, 2015. She was born May 16,1921 in Harrison, AR to John McCager and Diantha Jones. She was a homemaker and a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church who enjoyed sewing, working with stained glass and working on genealogy. She worked in the Kaiser Ship Yard during WWII and was the youngest female descendent of a Civil War veteran. She is survived by her daughter, Dianna Hankins and Bobby of Tulsa, OK and her son, Jay T. and Jeannie Jones of Webster, TX. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Herbert W. Jones; and 2 brothers, John W. Jones and James W. Jones. Memorial contributions may be made to Ridgecrest Baptist Church.
