Obituary
Mrs. Billie Mullins, 50, of Tulsa, OK, passed away Tuesday, June 7, 1977, in Tulsa, OK. She was born on Sunday, July 18, 1926, in Pawnee County, Cleveland, OK, to Raymond Eisenhour and Hattie (Philbert) Mullins. She is survived by her husband, Elmer W. Mullins; son, Kendall Wayne Mullins of Tulsa, OK; daughter, Mrs. Donna Dean Holt of Huntsville, MO; 1 granddaughter; brother, Dean Eisenhour, Belleville, IL; and a lifetime of friends. Dorothy will be greatly missed in the days ahead, but her spirit and memories will live on within each of us, because we were privileged to have her in our lives.
