Douglas K. Garrison was born September 7, 1938 in Muskogee, OK. His parents were Jess Edward Garrison and Nellie Mae Cobb Garrison. He passed away on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 in Broken Arrow. He married Stephanie Sue Martin on June 16, 1959 in Tulsa. She preceded him in death in 2021 after 61 years of marriage.
He was a 1957 graduate of Central High School and worked for the Corps of Engineers for 35 years retiring as a Civil Engineering Technician.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Jess, Mike and Mickey and a sister Karen. He is survived by daughter Deidrea and her husband Mike Busenburg of Tulsa; son London and his wife Diep Garrison of New Braunfels, TX; grandson Brian Moore of Broken Arrow; granddaughter Nina Garrison and grandson Charles Garrison of New Braunfels, TX.
Services will be on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at 10:00am at Moore's Southlawn Chapel - 9350 E 51st St, Tulsa, OK
