Rev. Douglas P. Norris, D.D., 73 of Tulsa passed away Friday, June 17, 2016. He was born May 6, 1943 in Farragut, ID to Marsena and Dorothy Norris. He was a retired Methodist Minister. Douglas is survived by his brother Donald Norris of TX.
