Whitlock, Dr. Douglas K., DDS, 54, passed away Thursday, August 14, 2014 in Broken Arrow, OK. Born March 7, 1960 in Tulsa, OK to Donald Winwood and Betty Francis (Heidinger) Whitlock. Survived by his wife Rebecca Whitlock, daughters April Michelle and Amber Nicole, sister Joyce Whitlock and mother Betty Whitlock. Preceded in death by his father Donald Winwood.
