Bobby Charles Dugger, of Tulsa, Oklahoma departed this life on Sunday, July 29th, 2018 at St. John Medical Center.
He was born February 13th, 1933 to Neva Lee Dugger Terflinger at the Mount Carmel Community Hospital in Newark, AR.
Bobby was a veteran of the United State Air Force and retired from American Airlines after 41 years as a mechanic.
An avid Horse Racing fan and he was known for traveling to Hot Springs for many years to attend the races at Oaklawn. In his last years, Bobby spent countless hours at the Fair Meadows Simulcast to watch horse racing nationwide.
Mr. Dugger was preceded in death by his mother, Neva Dugger; grandparents, Luther and Alpha Dugger; special aunt Eloise Bell; two uncles, Marvin and Charles Dugger; aunt Zemmie Hurley and cousin Alan Dugger.
He is survived by a sister Nancy Heppler of Tulsa, OK; nephew Jimmy Blythe (& Casey) of Missouri; niece Beth (& Dan) Holland of Midland, TX. Six cousins, Dr. Larry (& Natalie) of Russellville, AR; Sue Battles (& Johnny) Scott of Heber Springs, AR.; Patricia A. Shoffner of Newport, AR.; Amy Shoffner (& Tommy) Young of Tuckerman, AR.; Patti (& Roger) Holwick of McLouth, KS.; and Dickie (& Phyllis) of Kansas City, KS. Special friends, Ben and Kathy Stewart; and numerous cousins, family and friends.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
