EDDY DALE KOZIKUSKI 59, passed away Thursday, January 16, 2014 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Eddy was born to Frank Theodore Kozikuski and Mary Virginia (Parnell)
Kozikuski on June 2, 1954 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Eddy was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Jimmie Darrel
Kozikuski; Frankie Joe Barnes and one sister, Mary Reed.
He is survived by sister, Rita (Steve) Young; brother, Billy Kozikuski; sister, Linda (William) Smith. Three daughters, Bobbie Jean (Dennis) Wheeler; Tristan (Dave) Owen; Rebecca Lynn Kozikuski; and seven grandchildren.
Eddy was a long time Tulsa resident, and he worked as a fabrication welder.
Funeral Service: 10:00 a. m., Friday, January 24, 2014 at Victory Christian
Center, 7700 South Lewis Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Graveside Service:
2:00 p. m. Friday, January 24, 2014 at the Levi Cookson Cemetery in Park Hill, Oklahoma.
