Obituary

Edith Pauline Golden, 98, passed away Sunday, February 12, 2023, in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. She was born to Chester and Edith (Brock) Marrs on Monday, March 10, 1924 in Fowler, Kansas.

Edith graduated from Fowler High School, Fowler, Kansas. She also owned and operated her own restaurant and still had her place at home as a homemaker. Her favorite hobby was sewing. She was an excellent seamstress, sewing all her dresses and her daughter's dresses when they were young.

Edith was a simple woman and a very loving mother, daughter, grandmother, and sister. She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.

Edith was preceded in death by her parents, first husband, John Diello and second husband, Lee Golden, 5 brothers, one son, Randy Diello and one grandson, Kevin Graue.

She is survived by two daughters: Toni Diello-Johns and husband Charles and Terri Rosson and husband Jackie; two grandchildren: Joseph Rosson and Larrisa Huffman and husband Gabe; four great grandchildren: Brooke Phillips, Gage Bennett, Elijah Rosson and Israel Rosson; two great-great grandchildren: Beau Bennett and Parker Phillips; one sister: Ella Mae Marrs and husband Marion.

Viewing will be 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 14th at Moore's Memory Chapel 1403 S. Peoria Ave., Tulsa, OK 74120. Graveside services will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at Floral Haven Cemetery, Veteran Field of Honor 6500 S. 129th E. Ave., Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
