Edna E. Welch, 83 of Tulsa passed away Monday, August 13, 2018. She was born February 12, 1935 in Blount County, TN to John and Lillie Whitehead. She was a teacher's assistant for Tulsa Public Schools and enjoyed camping and viewing the outdoors. Edna is survived by her husband of 57 years, Jim Welch; her children, Jimmy Welch and his wife Cindy of Broken Arrow, William E. Welch and his wife Debbie of Knoxville, TN, Joseph Welch of Tulsa, Jeniffer Davis and her husband Dylan of Tulsa; 8 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and her sister Marie Delk of TN.
