Edward Wallace Smith's Obituary
Dr. Ed Smith passed away in Westminster, Colorado, on February 10, one day after his 95th birthday.
He was a successful children's dentist for 40 years in south Tulsa. He received a degree in Pharmacy, then went on to dental school at Baylor University, wherein he was president of his class and a Phi Beta Kappa. Fishing, golfing and his pipe were his favorite things. He was an all sports player in basketball, football, golf, and tennis.
He was married to Peggy Smith while in the Navy and is survived by Brad, his son, grandchildren Josh and Ed Smith, and great grandson, Parker Smith. He was an easy going guy loved by many and improved the health of the south Tulsa community. He will be missed.
Service will be held on Tuesday February 16, 2016 1:00 PM at Calvary Cemetery Chapel
