Edwin Nelson Alderman, Jr., 52, of Tulsa, OK, passed away on Sturday, May 21, 1977, at St. Francis Hospital, Tulsa, OK. He was born on Thursday,August 7, 1924, in Wichita County, Electra, TX, to Edwin Nelson Alderman, Sr. and Marguerite (Lee) McGee. Edwin was proud to have served as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army from December 10, 1942 until October 22, 1945. He was married to Marion Marilyn (Lundquist) Alderman, and was a research chemist. Edwin is survived by his wife, Marilyn, of the home; 3 sons, Robert Edwin Alderman, Richard Allen Alderman, and Randall Lee Alderman; parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. N. Alderman, Sr.; sister, Gloria Rundquist of Banden, England; and a lifetime of friends. Edwin will be greatly missed in the days ahead, but his spirit and memories will live on within each of us, because we were privileged to have him in our lives.
