Elisha Lynd Boothe, 82, died on May 31, 1977, at St. John Medical Center, Tulsa, OK. He was born on September 27, 1894, in Caney, Montgomery County, KS, to Daniel Jefferson Boothe and Emma (McHargue) Boothe. Elisha was married to Elizabeth Mabel (Richards) Boothe and resided in Tulsa, OK. He was retired from material and traffic at E. W. Carter Oil Co. Elisha was proud to have served as a Quartermaster 2nd Class in the United State Navy. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Tulsa, OK. He was also a member of Masonic Blue Lodge at Caney KS, a 50-year member of Masonic Consistory at Wichita, KS, and Carson Wilson Post No. 1, Tulsa, OK. Elisha was survived by his wife, Elizabeth; daughter, Mrs. Jane Boothe Azlin of Tulsa, OK; and grandson, Wesley L. Azlin of Tulsa, OK. He was preceded in death by his parents.
