HULSIZER, Mary "Elizabeth", 82, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Thursday, May 28, 2015 in Tulsa, OK. Elizabeth was born June 24, 1932 in Oklahoma City, OK; the daughter of Carl and Lucille (Lambert) Messmer. She moved to Tulsa and was a 1949 graduate of Tulsa Central High School. Elizabeth met the love of her life, Gearld W. Hulsizer at a church function in 1947. They had been introduced by Elizabeth's best friend, Barbara and they had a double wedding with Lattie and Barbara McDonough in October 1949. Elizabeth and Gearld became members of Sheridan Christian Center in 1970.
Preceded in death by her parents; son, Kenneth in 2014; granddaughter, Lyndsey Michelle. She is survived by her loving husband, Gearld; brother, Carl Messmer and wife, Gerri, sister, Linda Greenwood and husband, Andy, sister, Lynette Smith and husband, Doug, sister, Becky Cargill and husband, Stephen; son, Keith Allen and wife, Dale Ann; daughter-in-law, Teresa Hulsizer of Stillwater, OK; grandchildren, Rick Baker and wife, Melissa, Jennifer Stephens and husband, Dr. Matthew, Kyle Hulsizer and wife, Brittany, Derek Kummers and wife, Amber, and Clinton Hulsizer and wife, Holly; Jimmy Russell and wife, Nikki, Jeremy Russell and wife, Nicole, Jesse Russell, and Stacy Russell. great-grandchildren, Gabrielle Laub, Max Bowling, Kade Hulsizer, Beckem Hulsizer, Zaiven Hulsizer, Bentli July, Payne Baker, Keaton Kummers, Dylan Hulsizer, Lauren Stephens, Chad Stephens, Tiffany Stephens, Joey Stephens, Jacob Russell, Austin Russell and Reese Russell. Viewing will be Sunday, May 31, 2015 from 2PM-8PM and Monday, June 1, 2015 from 10AM-8PM with family greeting friends 6-8 PM at Moore's Southlawn, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK. Service will be 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at Sheridan Christian Center, 205 S. Sheridan, Tulsa. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Grace Hospice or Sheridan Christian Center.
