Eloise J. Frank, 96, of Tulsa, passed away Friday, July 29, 2016. She was born January 4, 1920 in Fredericksburg, VA to Romain and Helen Julian. She attended high school in Ilion, NY and worked as a dental assistant until moving to Oklahoma in 1960 to marry her husband of 47 years, Donald Frank. Eloise and Donald owned and operated their own security business, D&E Protective Alarms, dealing in residential and business alarms. Following retirement, she was a faithful weekly volunteer for Meals on Wheels. Eloise is survived by countless friends. Preceded in death by her husband, Donald Frank; parents, Romain and Helen Julian; and sister, Anita Hellenack. Memorials may be made to Meals on Wheels or charity of choice.
